Come and join us at Wild Rose Studio as we dive into the spirit of yoga during this empowering, experiential and integrative 5-week Yoga Teacher Training in Chiang Mai.  

Let yourself be guided by our supportive community as you unveil the yoga teacher that already resides within you. 

A  comprehensive alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa style training with  progressive teaching practice. Week by week you will learn new skills,  integrate them in your practice and build up the confidence to uncover your unique offering as a teacher.

Schedule

Our  training is from Monday to Friday for 5 weeks, plus an occasional half  day on Saturday. Our daily schedule will roughly look like this:

7 am - 10 am: Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Meditation
10 am - 11 am: Breakfast
11 am - 1 pm: Theory and practice
1 pm - 3:00 pm: Lunch and free time
3:00 am - 5 pm:  Theory and practice
5 pm - 7:30 pm: Dinner and free time
5:30 pm - 7:30pm on Sunday: Bhakti yoga

Laurence Gilliot has been teaching and practicing Yoga and Meditation for the past 10 years, organizing retreats in Europe and Asia and facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings for the past 6 years with Jivani Yoga and Pranaya Yoga. Laurence is a natural teacher and facilitator. With a dedicated practice to yoga with a wide variety of styles and gifted teachers, Laurence sees yoga as a journey home, reconnecting us to the deepest parts of ourselves, with our breath, humour and self-love as travel companions. Her classes embrace a variety of traditions: Anusara, Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy. Her alignment cues and intelligent sequencing help her students to safely deepen their practice. She has been co-teaching for 3 years with Emma Warmington, Director of Jivani Yoga, and is so grateful for everything she learned from Emma in terms of facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings.
