Biplab I am an engineer by day job and an astronomy enthusiast at night, with particular interest in astrophotography.  Since taking up interest in this intriguing subject roughly one and half year back, I spent many hours in clear nights setting up my telescopes, cameras and other instruments.  This is a very 'deep' field, and I am still learning.  My goal is to share with you my learnings, as well as mistakes.  Hope people joining find some value in it.

https://www.facebook.com/sujatatibre/ I am a self-taught Indian American artist based in Lathrop, California. I have exhibited at many venues across the US and in India, most recently at the Tahoe Art League. I am an eco-feminist artist as feminism and environmental consciousness remain integral to my art. During the pandemic I reconnected with artists and art enthusiasts across the globe and built an online community where we explored art forms. I am also an art teacher and I successfully conducted an Art Yoga Retreat in River Island l

We had a great time at the art retreat. Did various paintings such as scribbled art, fabric painting, and acrylic painting on canvas. Enjoyed the great food too.

Very well organized! We did such a lot, and yet did not feel rushed. Sujata is an amazing host, a very talented artist and an empathetic teacher. A very refreshing weekend, indeed, at a fabulous location!

The coaches Sujata and Sabrina are very knowledgeable. Me and my family had a delightful experience of making art with acrylic paint, cardboard sculpture, and enjoyed the Vegan food they cooked for us.

I attended the Art Retreat by Sujata.. It was a very pleasurable and soulful mix of yoga, art and healthy food. People were also welcoming and the conversations very material and engaging. Oh, and Lathrop is serene so it was perfect for the Astrophotography class and morning walks too. I will certainly encourage anyone to attend!

I attended the art retreat in March, 2022. It was a wonderful experience. Sujata was a gracious host and an excellent teacher. Her arts reflect her creativity. My time there was very relaxing with great vegan food, good company and interesting projects. All the teachers were very talented and I enjoyed all the classes.
