Our retreat weekend will focus on Interbeing through practices and meditation related to being present to Body, Speech, Mind, including our inner and outer environment, Mother Earth. We will practice Nobel silence with periods of time for Dharma sharing and deep listening, possible question and answers, focusing on our retreat experiences. Delicious homestyle healthy vegetarian meals and peaceful surroundings of the beautiful Still Waters Retreat Center will support our weekend.
Co-led by Tom Duva and Brother Phap Tri
