A Press Pause | | Yoga Retreat will give you a chance
to breathe. To switch off and tune in. It’s a space to
get to know the beautiful practice of yoga, to share in
the delights of movement, breath-work, meditation,
aromatherapy, journalling & community. We’ll write
together, setting intentions and sending love to our
future selves. We'll have time away from devices with a digital detox.
We’ll experience nature’s beauty through
essential oils and being by the ocean. Our simple
intention is to help you find contentment and remember
that you already have within you everything you’ll ever need.
A twin room for 2 with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom.
3pm : Tea and Homemade treat
3.30pm: Tour of the space including sauna, sunroom, gardens and seaside.
4pm : 'Yoga to unwind' - Hatha and Yin Yoga practice
5.30pm : Opening circle and Guided Meditation
7.30pm : Nourishing vegan dinner
