A beautiful indigenous family want to share part of their culture with us. The next stop is Tigua community. This community stands out for its Andean legends surround paints and artists captured images of the Andes mountains. Once we get to Quilotoa Community begins our hike into the Crater.
A Descending hike from 3900msnm to 3500msnm to the base of the lake. The path is steep and some volcanic material (gravel). There are some other activities (optional) like kayaking, boat ride. Our ascent will demand an extra physical effort, but have the option to rent a mule to make this hike up more enjoyable. Better hike of course! Lunch time. Shopping in the community galleries and finally we go back to Quito at 20.00 pm.
