Casa Alma Travel with Kim and Alex provide the absolutely best travel experiences I have ever had! We were a group of six from Canada, ranging in age from 19 to 77. Everyone loved the activities and was well fed. All of the accommodations were absolutely perfect. Kim and Alex just make you feel so comfortable and cared for. We could completely relax and just appreciate Costa Rica. This was actually my second trip with them after travelling with a group of adult students as their chaperone a year ago. Highly recommend!!

We had great time. Kim and Alex are very caring leaders and all our needs were met . We had a good group enough people to find your people which was great. Starting with the Amazon was the highlight for me. A good 3 days in the forest on the river fishing or night walk to observe nature in the wild. All very grounding. Matchu pitchu , Cozco were fabulous locations as described on the tin. In all very satisfying experience. Would recommend this trip to anyone, I already have . If you are in any doubt about taking this trip don’t hesitate jump right in. You get a real feel for the country starting in Guatemala City in the South travelling up to Flores and the great Mayan temples at Tikal in the North with loads of adventures in between. A full fun packed itinerary made extra special by Kim the tour guide. Not only does she have a great knowledge of the country she provides those special moments like an impromptu picnic on a sunset boat trip. The volunteering part of the trip we worked with Fundamaya, an organisation that sponsors pre school education for families that have nothing, this was both rewarding and humbling. A Christmas party for 3 pre schools was a fun special occasion. You will not be disappointed.

Had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Casa Alma and then doing the sea turtle conservation tour in Costa Rica. If you're looking for a travel agency that cares about you and will give you a lot of unforgetable moments, this is it! Thank you Alex, Kim, Flory and Fabi for giving me the trip of a lifetime! This was my 2nd trip to CR with Alma Travel and it surpassed all expectations. I felt safe and cared about at all levels. Casa Alma is a little haven of welcoming with comfortable accommodation and plentiful delicious food cooked by Flory. Alex and Kim nurture your soul. The high level of activities and comfortable accommodations provided in the price was mind boggling! I did not have to think about a thing except having fun!! Turtle Trax was magical!
