Hike Rucupichincha summi
Exploring the Andes mountains close to Quito

Day 1. Our Private Rucu Pichincha Hiking Day Tour will start from your hotel at 09:00 am. Our private transportation will pick you up from your hotel and then drive to teleférico cable car north-west part of Quito. It will take us 20 minutes to get there. We will take the cable car and get to 4.100msnm. After that, we will take a time for preparing our stuff to start this nice hiking into the Andes mountains. All this hike will take us 5 hours 9 km. We will pass the bear cave, Arenal spot to reach the Rucu Pichincha Summit 4784msnm that is one of the best experience. Box lunch is included and We will go back to the hotel around at 15:00 p.m. End of our Private Rucu Pichincha Hiking Day Tour

From messaging about different options to booking through to a pululahua crater hike and then equator line museum it was great experience. A fabulous walk down into the crater (1 mile down) then two hilly hikes and back up to the rim. So glad we had messaged with Patricio before booking as he suggested the perfect trip for us. Lovely lunch provided. Marcial was a great guide plus a sweet dog we named Bobi who walked the whole day with us. Then we went to the equator line museum which was informative and fun.
