On the way to la Fortuna, we will stop at one of the best coffee plantations to discover step-by-step the process of seed germination to the first crop of coffee plants.  You will also learn about the history of the coffee in Costa Rica, the production and varieties of plants, the geography of the area and the traditional ways of cultivating the grain, you will also visit the plantation and processing plant and packing house. After we will take you to a small and traditional city called Grecia noted by its unique church, made entirely of pre-fabricated steel plates painted red. Then we will visit the quaint little town of Sarchi, known for its beautiful and intricate arts and crafts and souvenirs. A key artisan town in Costa Rica, Sarchi is best known for the vibrant and pretty oxcarts that are handcrafted here and sold all over the country.

on the way to all this wonders of costa Rica we will stop in a nice traditional restaurant to enjoy either breakfast or lunch, on your own. then you will be drop off at your hotel destination in la fortuna area.
