The late fee will be added to the &nbsp;outstanding amount until the full payment is received.&nbsp; However, should the date $$ are paid are after final payment, the reservation will cancel and a new rate/cost may generate to reinstate the reservation. &nbsp;Such new rate could be substantially more than the original reservation depending on the availability of the cabin requested. 3. *Communication:* We understand that unforeseen &nbsp;circumstances may occur, leading to delayed payments. Open communication allows us to explore &nbsp;possible solutions and avoid unnecessary penalties.&nbsp; 4. *Disputes:* If you believe there is an error in &nbsp;the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, please contact our &nbsp;agency to resolve any disputes promptly.&nbsp; 5. *Continued Services:* Failure to settle overdue &nbsp;invoices may result in the suspension or termination of your reservation until &nbsp;the outstanding balance is cleared. We aim to avoid such situations, and &nbsp;we encourage proactive communication to prevent any disruptions to your &nbsp;reservation with Global Pleasures LLC.
