There are 2 payment options available:  

*Option 1:   Pay trip in FULL at the time of booking

*Option 2:  Make installment payments

If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due by the 15th of each month listed, starting with the Initial deposit payment, which is due .

This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made on time, as the resort is expecting all funds by a certain date.  If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder.  If we do not receive the missed payment, your room is subject to be canceled due to non-payment and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.  

*Final payment is due by June 15, 2021 or your room will be cancelled without refund.

*Travel insurance is highly suggested to protect your investment.  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation or needing medical attention during your trip is even worse. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel protection. It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this Getaway to/with their traveling companion.    

Each traveler will receive an invoice showing their per person balance.

If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new roommate or they may opt to change their reservation to a single-occupancy room at the appropriate rate.

By filling out the registration form and making the initial deposit and subsequent payments, that signifies that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.

NOTE: Prices include the Promoters United Entertainment  Package. 

A valid Passport is required to travel to Jamaica. Passport must be valid for 6 months after you return.

DEPOSIT: $100pp (double occupancy-2 in room) or $200 (single occupancy) per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due  to reserve and lock in your price. Prices are subject to change without deposit.
