There are 2 payment options available:  

*Option 1- Pay trip in FULL at the time of booking

*Option 2- Make installment payments. If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due by the 15th of each month listed, starting with the Initial deposit payment, which is due when booking. 

This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made on time, as the resort is expecting all funds by a certain date. If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder. If we do not receive the missed payment, your room is subject to be canceled due to non-payment and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.  

*Final payment is due by Oct 1, 2021 or your room will be cancelled without refund. *Travel insurance is highly suggested to protect your investment. Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation or needing medical attention during your trip is even worse. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel protection. It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this Getaway to/with their traveling companion. Each traveler will receive an invoice showing their per person balance. If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new roommate or they may opt to change their reservation to a single-occupancy room at the appropriate rate. 

By filling out the registration form and making the initial deposit and subsequent payments, that signifies that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions. NOTE: Prices include the Promoters United Entertainment  Package.  A valid Passport is required to travel to Punta Cana, DR. Passport must be valid for 6 months after you return.

ROOM CATEGORIES-  *One bedroom Suite (2 people sharing a room) starting @ $1,095 per person. *One bedroom Swim Up Suite (2 person in the room) starting @ 1,195 per person (limited), *One bedroom Ocean View Suite (2 people in the room) $1,295 per person.

DEPOSIT: $200 per person, non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due  to reserve and lock in your price. Prices are subject to change without deposit. MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS PROVIDED BELOW, IN THE "AVAILABLE PACKAGES" SECTION.

 The following benefit is optional and is not travel insurance benefits. If you want to cover your total trip expense and include medical coverage please purchase Travel Insurance.

You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 5pm the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation future travel certificates with the specific supplier, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost.  NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CASH REFUND and this does not cover your airline/flight booking.

VPP Voucher Information:

• Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
• The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
• Passengers have one year from original date of travel to use the voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
• VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
• Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
