Part Time Babe Club is heading to Utah for a Women's Park Snowboard Retreat — and we’re doing it BIG. We’re hosting this event in Salt Lake City right as The Uninvited takes over the city, bringing together the most inspiring women in snowboarding from all over the world. The energy is unmatched, and we’re channeling every bit of it into a retreat built to celebrate progression, connection, and community.

We’ll be staying at Evo SLC and riding at Woodward Park City for a weekend designed for women of all skill levels to ride, learn, and grow in a supportive environment. With experienced coaches, on-snow sessions, and plenty of space to push yourself at your own pace, you’ll walk away feeling more confident in your riding—and in yourself.

Beyond the mountain, we’re creating a full-circle experience: skateboarding, yoga, park progression workshops, community hangs, and activities that make space for reflection, empowerment, and fun. We’re also highlighting local businesses and keeping sustainability front and center to honor the community we’re in.

This retreat isn’t just an event—it’s a celebration of women showing up for themselves and each other. A space to build friendships, share stoke, and soak up the electric atmosphere that The Uninvited brings to SLC every year.

Pet Policy

Not only is evo Hotel designed to provide all humans with a one-of-a-kind lodging experience, we welcome your adventure-minded pups into our community too. We just ask that you please be a responsible pet owner and respectful of other guests.

The evo Hotel pet policy:

• Dogs only, please!

• Two furry friends max per room

• No pooch over 50 pounds allowed

• $25 per dog, per room, per night (worth every woof!)

• No breed restrictions - everyone’s welcome!

• Dogs must be on-leash when on the premise

• Just remember to be a super pet parent and clean up after your canine buddy

Cancellation Policy 

We strive to provide an unforgettable experience for every participant of this retreat. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of ($150) is required to secure your spot. This deposit helps us cover initial planning and booking costs.

Cancellation Timeline and Refunds

30 Days Before Retreat Start Date: 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded.

7 Days Before Retreat Start Date: 25% of the total retreat cost will be refunded.

3 Days Before Retreat Start Date: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.

Weather, Snow Conditions and Resort Operations

This retreat is scheduled during late-season conditions, and while we plan thoughtfully and monitor snow coverage closely, mountain operations are ultimately outside of our control.

If the ski resort closes or significantly limits lift operations due to weather, snow conditions, or operational decisions:

• PTBC will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative programming, adjusted on-mountain experiences (if available), or off-mountain activities.

• Refunds will not be issued due to reduced snow coverage, weather conditions, or resort operational changes unless the retreat is fully canceled by PTBC.
  

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes, including illness, injury, or weather-related disruptions.
