It was very stressful. The service was not delivered due to the strong winds. And with the cancellation of the navigatiom, we could have missed our international flight back. The next day we decided to walk 21 km so as not to miss our flight. I recommend that everyone leave two or more days off for these adversities. The ferry got canceled, it just never came with a half an hour notice, wind was mild a day before it was crazy strong wind but catamaran still came on 27.4.25 wind was just fraction of the day before. I was being faced with missing my flight next day. I decided to walk at night through the hills for 4 hours to the access road and got a taxi very early morning which I has to pay 120 000 clp. The worst is that nobody replies to my messages and nobody refunds the ferry ticket that I requested multiple times, they just don't come and take your money and don't reply to you. Very disappointing and very unprofessional, I really feel cheated and ignored.
