We did a day trip to Mirador Francis. Took the first morning departure from pudeto to paine grand and returned on the last departure.
Courteous crew and prompt departure. The interior cabin was in good condition, well maintained and the upper observation deck provide great views. I easily did my booking in advance online.

Very professional. Met us at our apartment at the agreed time.
For international travellers the app is the way to book transport. The website is too hard.
Would use again.

We had a great experiance traveling to Torres del Paine. Reservation system and responsivness of the help desk to my questions and requests was fast and helpful. The connection with the catamaran was plesent and the staff was very nice.
