The staff kindly let us on board of the last ferry even though online tickets had been sold out. We paid on board and had a great trip watching the beautifully colored lakes against the mountains of torres del paine

Booked four tickets for the wrong date. Sended the company an e-mail with the question if the date could be changed for the tickets. Didn’t get a reply until 5 days after, that they have a no return policy unless you cancel the tickets within 72 hours, than you should get a small refund. There was no one te help at a desk, and no contact on the mail.
