We mistakenly booked two tickets for our children, as it was not clear in the We Travel platform that children under the age of 11 travel for free. We contacted the organisers on the We Travel platform to ask for a refund, but they did not reply.

Great trip. Strongly recommend that you buy the ticket in advance. Many people couldn’t get on the 10:30 boat and had to wait til 4:30
