Afternoon: Return to San Juan and head to Sagrado Corazón University for a hands-on cooking class. Evening: Our sunset bio bay charter is a 2-hour tour. The first hour we will view the sunset as we cruise along the main bay of La Parguera. Then we will go to one of the reefs like Mata La Gata or Caracoles to enjoy the last of the sunset. As it gets dark we will go to the Bioluminescent Bay where you will be able to swim.

Morning: visit a local coffee farm, where you’ll learn about Puerto Rico’s coffee-growing traditions, from bean to cup, and taste some of the finest brews on the island. Continue your journey to San Juan, stopping for lunch on the way.
Afternoon: Set off on a guided walking tour of Old San Juan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its colorful colonial architecture, impressive fortresses, and lively plazas. Your guide will share stories of the island’s history, from Taíno roots to Spanish colonization to modern-day Puerto Rico. Along the way, stop at local shops and cafés for small tastings.
