• Remaining balance must be paid in full by September 11, 2025.
• Payments made after the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

2.Cancellation Policy:
 

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip will receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit and processing fees).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90 days of departure.

3. Travel Requirements:

• All participants must arrange their flights to Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

4. Room Assignments:
 

• Pricing is based on double occupancy.
• Single occupancy may be available upon request at an additional cost.

 By submitting your deposit of $399 for the Puerto Vallarta – Zona Romántica Escape trip, you are confirming your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined for this trip. This includes the non-refundable deposit, the payment plan due in full 60 days prior to the trip, as well as the cancellation policy.

Your deposit secures your spot and acknowledges your understanding that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of departure, and any outstanding balance must be settled by August 30, 2025.
