This trip was fantastic! There was the perfect balance between wildlife observation and family activities. I enjoyed each of the three venues--rooms, food and service were all very good.
All of the travel was well planned and perfectly executed. The people from SunTours and each of the venues couldn't be more friendly and efficient. I just can't say enough about how much I enjoyed myself.

We had a great time. The accommodations were very good and Ruben and Pam, the local guides, were perfect. Carly accompanied us from r to r and became a friend. Everything was well planned. Of course, the butterflies were spectacular. We would do it again in a minute.

Our stay on the Ocean Spray exceeded our expectations. Every meal was fresh and delicious (and met our dietary restrictions); every crew member was friendly, helpful, and accommodating; the naturalist was knowledgeable and humorous; and every excursion was something new while never feeling rushed. Our guide during our time in the mainland was very personable and made our time in Quito feel well organized and smooth. This trip was a travel experience of a lifetime. The staff at Reefs to Rockies was always available with quick responses to all of our questions.

this trip was very well orchestrated and managed. All details attended to, making it very easy for a novice to the area to feel secure and enjoy myself. So much beauty to behold in Patagonia. Our guides Allejandra, Michelle and Panayoti did a wonderful job pointing out the best plants, and bringing us to the most beautiful vistas. Our lodgings were much more luxurious than I anticipated - seriously I could have just stayed in my suite for a month gazing out the window at the marvelous views! the only reason I give this tour a 4 instead of a 5, is that the hikes and travel times were very long between meals. 6-7 hours from breakfast before eating lunch did not work for me at all. Physical needs should be scheduled in, not an after thought.
Would I recommend Reefs to Rockies? Definitley!

It’s also wonderful to know that the lodgings exceeded your expectations and gave you space to truly soak in those unforgettable views.
We truly appreciate your candid feedback regarding the timing between meals. Our itineraries are designed to maximize time in the field and take advantage of weather windows and optimal viewing conditions, which often means earlier breakfasts and later lunches than some guests may be used to. For this trip we opted to reduce the number of boxed lunches and replace with restaurant meals which extended time between meals. That said, your point about physical needs is well taken, and feedback like yours helps us continue refining how we communicate and plan these days so guests can feel as comfortable and energized as possible.

The Botanical Wonders of Chile was truly an extraordinary trip. The landscapes in Patagonia and the Lake District are jaw-dropping. All of our guides were excellent with quite a breath of knowledge in many areas and we learned so much from them, not just about the abundant diversity of flora but also about birds, animals and the history of the country. Our accommodations were outstanding and one in particular was really exceptional. The food was terrific and even gourmet at several restaurants. We were well treated everywhere we went. The vehicle used to transport us was large and spacious and had plenty of room for our large group. All in all a stellar experience with a wonderful group of very interesting and intelligent people.
