Friday:
Get to us. Arrive. Ground…
Then: meet, greet, snack.
Then: Lauren will lead you through a candlelit, soul warming restorative healing yoga practice.
Saturday:
Wake up early and grab a pumpkin spiced latte. Then we’re going to see some colours! hike up a mountain with Lauren (don’t worry, it’s not too tough a hike. It only takes about 35-minutes to get to the top and the views are SO SO SO worth it!).
At the top, take some gorgeous photos! Then Lauren will lead you through a summit yoga flow/stretch followed by a meditation. You’ll have a hardy breakfast and then… GO APPLE PICKING!
After some orchard frolicking, we’ll go back to town and the afternoon will be yours to stroll through the adorable streets of Kingston. Walk around, try some local restaurants, take a rest if you like.
Lauren will lead you through a vinyasa flow yoga class at 6pm and then we’ll enjoy a farm-to-table dinner.
Sunday:
Enjoy a pumpkin spiced latte followed by yoga flow then brunch.
We will check out the antique market.
We’ll have a break for some free time (or more shopping?) in the afternoon.
Then we’ll enjoy a late lunch/early dinner (lupper) at a special spot a short ferry ride away where we can drink some cider or rosé.
We’ll watch the sunset on the way back and have a closing ceremony before saying our goodbyes around 7pm, leaving you plenty of time to get home.
