In the Tantrik view, we are born whole and complete, and carry within us the entirety of creation. Pūrṇa, a Sanskrit word usually translated as perfection, wholeness, fullness or completeness, expresses this idea. It is human behavior to forget the divine gift of our existence. It’s also human nature to seek greater fulfillment beyond ourselves.
The arrival of the Winter Solstice offers us a fertile opportunity for introspection – to turn our attention inward and listen, notice, feel, and intentionally remember this truth so that we can become more fully alive. In this time of darkness, we invite you to take shelter in the depth and potency of practice, to relearn how to offer yourself back to yourself and return to the source of your inherent wholeness.
Join Claudette Evans and Nicole Bratt for this unique online Winter Solstice yoga retreat experience – from anywhere in the world! Reflect, rest, and nourish yourself with 3 immersive days of yoga: centering active asana, meditation, Restorative practice, mantra, journaling, intention setting, and supportive community.
This retreat will encourage you to create a loving space for your own resourcing, rejuvenation, and inner empowerment as you cultivate intentional pause, turning toward your own wisdom and the light of the coming year.
Participants will receive a thoughtful retreat resource gift box the week prior to augment their retreat weekend.
