Booking & Payment

• A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date:

  No refunds will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding, as retreat costs are committed well in advance to secure accommodations, staffing, and services.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided we are notified at least 14 days in advance of the retreat start date.
