Booking & Payment

• A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date:
  The $1000 deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date:
  No refunds will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding, as retreat costs are committed well in advance to secure accommodations, staffing, and services.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided we are notified at least 14 days in advance of the retreat start date.
