Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your place at the retreat.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date:
  The deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date:
  No refunds will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding, as retreat costs are committed well in advance to secure accommodations, staffing, and services.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided that we are notified at least 14 days in advance of the retreat start date.
