Guidance from Renee, Kelcey and Kenzie on your daily practice in a held and supported community. This retreat is for all levels of yoga, from a newbie, to advanced. 

*There is a Blue spirit shuttle that runs from Liberia or Nosara airport that we will be able to provide so your journey is perfect and smooth.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless you find a replacement, in which case a refund will be issued less the first $500. Please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to understand our cancellation policies. No exceptions will be made for weather, illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds for failure to attend, complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We may cancel retreats due to low interest, with all payments refunded. Cancellations will be notified at least 2 months before the retreat start date. SolRise and its staff are not responsible for personal expenses due to itinerary changes or cancellations. All itineraries are subject to change due to weather and delays.

Each Eco-Cottage consists of a natural wood frame structure that houses two twin beds and a full yet compact en-suite bathroom with an ambient temperature shower.

The Hermitage Rooms are located in the main building, reachable by stairs.

The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan.

This room can only be booked with a queen-sized bed only, specifically designed for singles or a couple, providing privacy and elegance, while being budget-friendly.

Nature Suites are cozy, hillside accommodations surrounded by jungle and gardens, just a short walk to the main building (reception, dining-hall, etc.).

These beautifully designed wood frame structures feature solar hot water, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en suite full bathroom with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle.

Each Suite sleeps two (with a king or two twin beds) and includes a daybed, workspace, and a safety box for a 17-inch laptop.

The Garden Suites rooms are newly built and furnished with a contemporary design. These rooms provide privacy and elegance while being inexpensive. Featuring a balcony overlooking the jungle, each suite provides a King size bed to comfortably sleep two people, a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C.

The Mountain Room double features a french step-out balcony and large windows with an extraordinary mountain view for true sound healing in Costa Rica.

Renee is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Educator who believes true wellness is cultivated through movement, mindfulness, nature, and meaningful connection. Her classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wisdom to help students feel grounded, renewed, and inspired.
