Rebecca is the best kind of trip leader. She personally researched and vetted the location and activities and created a retreat that checked all of the boxes. First, the timing - she organized the trip in October which is the best time of year to visit the Greek Islands. The weather was ideal and the crowds were minimal to non-existent. The Hotel was in a great location and offered everything we needed and more. She has a great relationship with the hotel owner so we had lots of support and it felt like the best version of staying with family. Each morning we were served a bountiful fresh breakfast on the terrace and had a chance to enjoy a leisurely hour to connect with each other before heading out for the day's adventure. The activities were well planned and she did a brilliant job of seamlessly adapting to the weather and other variables outside of her control. This is one of my favorite parts of traveling with Rebecca - she has a plan but does not worry us about the details until we need to know. This reduced my stress if things need to be changed based on local conditions. Every morning she sent us a list of the day's activities. I felt like I could wake up each day and enjoy the present moment without any concern for what was supposed to happen the next day. It truly was a delight to live in the present moment. She gave us plenty of free time to relax and enjoy the destination and guided us to a well curated activity each day that highlighted the best of the local environment. Note: If you are super type A and need to know everything in advance and have a strict itinerary, this may not be the best trip for you ; ) This is a great trip to bring your partner even if they are not an avid yogi. My husband joined me on the trip and also had a great time. When he preferred to do his own thing he never felt any pressure to do the planned activities. Some days he was happy to sit and read or paint. As for the Yoga - Rebecca is a very experienced yogi and teacher. She knows how to teach an all levels class that is accessible yet challenging. Each class was planned to support the energy of the day and us as students. It was a joy to be in her hands on my yoga mat. Finally, Hydra is a very special place and I would have loved to stay for a whole month (or maybe even move there one day). The town center is located on the port and there are cafes with plenty of chairs where you can sit for hours and just be without any pressure to move along. We hiked, we swam, we meditated, we yoga'd. Oh and the food was fabulous and the sunsets were awe-some. If I could give this trip 6 stars I would.

Yet another spectacular Soule yoga/lifestyle adventure led by the talented Rebecca/goddess. A most memorable visit to a charming island where cats and donkeys have the right-of-way. Delicious food, perfect weather, old & new Soule-mate friends, and sunshine galore made for the perfect fall getaway led by hostess extraordinaire Rebecca Soule..

It was a unique experience in the jungle with wonderful people from around the world. The twice daily yoga was amazing, the food was fabulous, the location just off the Caribbean was the best. This trip was everything I hoped it would be, with Kate and Rebecca leading the way!

What a fantastic yoga adventure to Costa Rica. Soooo many good times and memories were made. Rebecca and Kate led us through a variety of complementary yoga practices which energized, challenged, and soothed. Lots of free time for all of the adventures - hiking, snorkeling, zip lining, biking, horseback riding, shopping, and more. The fantastic food inspired me to cook and eat healthily upon return. Met a dynamic group of wonderful people from all over the world who came together for this retreat. Had a precious baby sloth camp out on my bungalow. What a wonderful trip led by yoga teachers extraordinaire!

From our arrival on Hydra, to the Phaedra Hotel, exhausted and totally turned around, when we were gently shown to our rooms (it was my home away from home) and sent off to dinner at Poppie’s, then gentle yoga in the morning (more vigorous everyday!) and meditation, then everyday a special experience! Horses, ancient sites by boat, beaches with umbrellas and drinks and light bites, art openings, and shop, shop, shop! And did I mention Hilda? She knows all, sees all and helps Rebecca arrange all...Rebecca can sense what you need almost before you need it, it’s amazing. Enjoy the next trip. Dixie T Myers
