In English 'Pura Vida' translates to 'pure life' or 'simple life' and is a beautiful expression of the Costa Rican philosophy of living life to its fullest and enjoying the simple things with happiness and positivity.
Join us in January at the stunning Peace Retreat Centre as we practice amidst breathtaking nature, eat incredible food, explore the local area and soak up the famous Costa Rican energy!
Located in one of Costa Rica's most celebrated beach communities, Playa Negra, our retreat centre is situated in 5 acres of jungle and is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre and 20 minutes walk to the beach.

8 well placed and lovingly constructed cabinas made with reforested teak wood. Each cabina has been situated in a way that maximizes the experience of the Costa Rican breezes.
The cabinas have screened windows which further supports the experience of being fully immersed in nature while feeling comfortable.
Each cabina has two single beds, lighting, a ceiling fan, a safe for personal belongings, and an open-air closet for storage space.
Guests staying in cabinas have access to our large open-air shared washroom facility that includes plenty of private shower, toilets and sinks
Fresh linens, towels and a daily housekeeping service are provided:

Great for couples or solo occupancy

Itinerary
Arrive into Liberia airport to catch your air-conditioned transfer to our retreat centre (included in your retreat investment) and relax by the pool until your room is ready
3.00pm: Check in to Peace Retreat, relax and unwind
5.00pm: Opening circle and gentle stretch in the Jungle Shala
7.00pm: Welcome dinner and rest
