Back from an amazing week at Lake Kerkini during the Purely Pelicans Workshop with George. Despite of the bad and dull weather during our stay, we had a wonderful experience. George took very good care of us. He is a reliable guide with a great knowledge about nature and wildlife. He also has a great respect for nature, which I really appreciate. Our hotel was a nice place to stay with warm and friendly people and good food. George works only with small groups, so we had plenty of space on the boat to take pictures. George is a very kind and great person, you will be very safe when you book a trip with him! I will return for the floating hides one day ;)

I have just returned from three wonderful days of photography at Lake Kerkini. I had a fantastic time. A great hotel with good food, a small, friendly group of fellow photographers, under the expert guidance of George. Although we hardly saw the sun during those days, it offered opportunities to take different kinds of photos (high key, long exposure). What I particularly appreciated was that George took us further out onto the lake, to the fishing grounds of thousands upon thousands of cormorants, among which an incredible number of pelicans were also trying to catch a fish. We were the only ones there and it felt like we had landed in a BBC Nature documentary, with only David Attenborough's voiceover missing. Undoubtedly the most beautiful moment of the trip for me and clear proof that a local guide, who is very familiar with the natural behaviour of the species living there, pays off. I will definitely be back.

The trip was excellent George picked us up promptly at the Airport and made every effort to make sure we were in the right place and light to make the best of the wildlife Hotel was excellent as was the varied food menu and was delicious hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming we all felt we were friends not customers I would recommend using George for any trip you are planning Superb 5 *****

Superb few days with George and the Dalmatian Pelicans. Everything was just perfect, comfortable accomodation very close to the photo location. We were very well looked after and George is a great guy with an extensive knowledge of wildlife and photography. He only takes small parties so plenty of room for photographers to get the most of the time out on the boat with the Pelicans. A well thought out itinerary, whilst still remaining flexible with a can do attitude. 10/10 from us.

We had a wonderful and great time together, as usual. It was an amazing experience the second time, always very special. Thank you so much for all your support.
