New Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours after booking for full refund of deposit.  After 24 hours, all trip deposits and payments are nonrefundable and you must work with your travel insurance provider to obtain reimbursement for non refundable expenses due to cancellations. We recommend a comprehensive travel insurance coverage that includes "Cancel for Any Reason" and COVID-19 protection clauses to cover your reimbursable costs.

We do allow you to transfer your trip to another traveler.  There is a one-time transfer fee of $50 to transfer your booking to another traveler.  While we can assist with the transfer process, ultimately the responsibility is yours to find someone to whom you can transfer your reservation.

Please email me at pleasurepursuits2024@gmail.com to process your transfer. Any and all transfers must be completed by no later than 45 days prior to the start of the trip. 

Guests whose reservations have been cancelled, either at their own request or due to nonpayment, that still want to attend the trip, must pay a $50 reinstatement fee, plus any applicable late fees and the overdue amount, in order for the reservation to be reinstated. 

Please note that in Europe, building floor numbering begins above the street level. The ground level (street level) contains the main lobby and entrance. What is referred to in these packages as the "1st Floor" is one flight up (equivalent to the American 2nd floor). What is referred to as the "2nd Floor" is two flights up (equivalent to the American 3rd floor). No guest rooms are located on the ground floor.

Due to property contract terms, 5-night double occupancy packages are strictly available for paired bookings (couples or two friends booking together in a single transaction). We cannot match individual solo travelers with roommates for 5-night stays. If you are attending solo for 5 nights, you must select the 5-Night Single Occupancy Package.

• Booking with a Friend: We suggest booking alongside a travel companion whenever possible. If you already have someone in mind, you can list them during checkout.

• Community Connection via WhatsApp: Once your booking is confirmed, you will be invited to our exclusive guest WhatsApp group. This is a great space to introduce yourself, connect with fellow travelers, and see if there is someone you'd like to room with!

• Roommate Requests & Matching: You can request or update your preferred roommate at any time leading up to the trip. For unmatched solo travelers, we will do our absolute best to pair you thoughtfully based on your habits and preferences.

• Unmatched Rooms: Because pairings cannot be 100% guaranteed, if a suitable match is not secured closer to departure, you will be given the option to switch to an available double room psckage or upgrade your room to single occupancy (subject to any applicable rate difference).
