About this trip
Welcome to the Mackinac Island Trip. You'll have a wonderful time experiencing Mackinac Island including the ferry ride, crossing the bridge, shopping, and learning of the events at Fort Mackinac including Historic Mill Creek.
What’s included
- TravelStudents will enjoy their trip via Deluxe Motor Coach. Parents and guardians will need to drive separately.
- Castle RockTest your legs with a climb up Castle Rock after visiting Paul Bunyan and his Blue Ox
- FerryWe'll take a ferry to and from Mackinac Island.
- Fort MackinacEnjoy a visit to Fort Mackinac including a cannon demonstration.
- HotelOur hotel does include a pool and time will be scheduled for swimming.
- MealsStudents will bring a sack lunch to enjoy at Fort Michilimackinac, the other meals are all included except lunch on the island.
- hotel tipTipping at the hotel is encouraged but is not part of the cost of the trip. All other tips are included.

1:45 p.m. Depart for Historic Mill Creek 9001 W, US-23, Mackinaw City, MI 49701
2:00 p.m. Historic Mill Creek

3:30 p.m. Depart for Castle Rock - climb up this 200 ft staircase and capture the amazing view of the Mighty Mackinac Bridge from the peak.

Our trip had an airline cancellation to start, but Glenn was able to work and still make the trip happen. We had a great trip with hotels in the city, allowing access to lots of sites. The tour guides were good, and we saw a ton of both cities.

The trip was so much fun. We got to see so many great sights and had good food. Our group leader was the best ever like usual. We had a couple flight issues that he dealt with like a pro. I would absolutely recommend this trip to everyone.

We had a great time! It was so nice not having to worry about getting to see everything, where to stay, where to eat, and finding parking. We just followed our group and enjoyed. Glenn did a great job, and we will be back with our other child in a couple years! Great stops, great stays, great food, and great people! Thank you!

Recently we traveled with Glen on a whirlwind tour of various historical sites out east. It was all fabulously organized with all the details covered. I felt 100% comfortable with our bus driver. How stress free to not have to drive in some of these highly congested cities. Everything we wanted was included. So, one warning to the wise, plan at least one night midweek to arrive back to the hotel early. You'll be glad for the extra rest

Glen did an amazing job directing our group while we traveled. He has an upbeat atritude and listened to any concerns that we had. The trip itself was so interesting... my 8, 15, and 17 year old kids never had a complaint. If we travel again, we will be giving Glen a call!
