Kick off the 2025/26 ski season in style with the Muslim Ski Club’s December trip to Baqueira Beret, Spain’s premier ski destination! Nestled in the stunning Spanish Pyrenees, Baqueira Beret is a hidden gem known for world-class skiing, breathtaking alpine scenery, and a unique blend of Spanish and French influences.

With 165km of skiable terrain, modern lifts, and reliable early-season snow, this trip is perfect for all skill levels—from first-timers to seasoned skiers. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced rider, we’ve got options for lessons, guided ski tours, and plenty of opportunities to explore the slopes together.

This 7-night adventure is perfect for those looking to get their first ski days in before peak season, experience new terrain, and enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere. Plus, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Vielha, a charming Spanish town just a short ride from the resort, where we’ll be staying in a comfortable, halal-friendly hotel with half-board included.

Code of Conduct

At Muslim Ski Club, we are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants. All participants must respect local laws and customs. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of services without a refund. Please refer to the Community Guidelines for further information.  Participants must act respectfully, follow Islamic values, and observe local laws and customs. Modest dress and accommodation of prayer breaks are required. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. 

If any concerns arise during the trip, please communicate with the tour leaders for resolution. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination. Violations may result in removal from the trip without a refund. By booking, you agree to these guidelines and the general terms and conditions.

Important Considerations:

Before booking, please inform us of any medical conditions or other circumstances that might impact your trip. This allows us to assess whether the holiday is suitable for you. If you have reduced mobility (e.g., difficulty walking 500 meters unaided) or require additional support, you must notify us before making a booking.

Additionally, if any changes occur to your health or mobility after booking, you must inform us at least 48 hours before departure to allow us to make necessary adjustments. Failure to provide this information in time may result in the trip being unsuitable for you, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Medical Disclosure:

 To ensure your safety and well-being, we will ask you to disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking. This information will be kept confidential and only shared with relevant parties in the event of an emergency.

Passport Validity: 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel documents meet the entry requirements for France and Spain. For travellers requiring a visa to enter France, please check the latest requirements via the official French government website or with your local consulate. Entry rules may change, so we strongly recommend checking the latest travel advice on the UK Government website.

Travel Insurance: 

Travel insurance is Mandatory for this trip. All travellers must purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes winter sports coverage. This policy should cover as a minimum:
✔ Ski equipment rental (including theft/loss)
✔ Medical emergencies & treatment
✔ Trip cancellations & disruptions
✔ Personal belongings, baggage, and money
✔ Repatriation & emergency assistance
✔ Pre-existing medical conditions

 ✔ Personal liability cover

This requirement applies to everyone in your booking, including children and infants. Your insurance must be active from the time of booking and cover the entire duration of your trip.

Important: The Muslim Ski Club and it's providers do not provide travel insurance, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or void policies. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified insurance provider to ensure your policy includes all necessary protections.

Flights and Transfers: You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from the meeting points at the agreed times, in this case, Toulouse (TLS) airport. The transfer time is normally in the region of 2 hours from the airport.

Group Transfer Timing: 

The Arrival group transfer has been scheduled between 16:30am-17:30pm

The Departure group transfer has been scheduled between 11:30am-12:30pm

Please note if you miss the allocated time for the group transfer or are unable to make it, there will be an additional fee to arrange a shared public transfer. Alternatively, you can arrange your own transfer to and from the ski resort. The public shared transfer is only available during the below times. 

Shared Public Transfer Service: (Please select the necessary add on at checkout)

- Pickup from Toulouse Blagnac between 11:00 and 18:30 – maximum wait time of 2 hours
- Departing Baqueira between 06:00 and 16:30 – you may be collected 2 hours before necessary for your flight time

Hotel-Lift Shuttle Service:

During our stay, there will be a daily shuttle service operating that will take us from the hotel to the main lift in approximately 20-30 minutes. The service will run between 8am - 10am and 3pm - 5pm. The timing will be confirmed upon upon arrival. 

Outside of this window, a local bus service can be used to reach Baqueira from opposite the hotel for a couple of euros. 

Alternatively, a taxi transfer will cost between 30-35eur, which can be shared amongst participants. 

At Muslim Ski Club, we are dedicated to crafting exceptional ski travel experiences that are carefully planned to provide our members with the best possible adventure. To ensure smooth coordination with our partners and suppliers, we require payments well in advance. Once your deposit is processed, it becomes non-refundable, as it is used to secure the services from our suppliers, often months before the trip. We truly appreciate your understanding in this regard. Please review the terms and conditions carefully. By booking your trip, you agree to abide by these conditions.

Payments and Cancellations

💳 Deposit: 

 A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 35% is required upon booking to secure your spot. This deposit is used to confirm arrangements with our partners and suppliers and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you are booking within 12 weeks of departure, full payment will be required at the time of booking.  

📅 Full Payment: 

 If you choose to pay via the deposit option, the remaining balance is due no later than 12 weeks before departure. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.  

🔄 Cancellations & Transfers:

Once full payment has been made, refunds will not be offered unless required by law. If you are unable to travel, you may transfer your spot to another person. It is your responsibility to find a replacement, and you must notify us at least 14 days before departure with the replacement’s details. Name changes and transfers may be subject to an admin fee and additional costs, depending on supplier policies (e.g., lift pass or accommodation name changes).
