Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour so that we can leave on time.

• Keep in mind that Quito is 2867 meters above sea level. Although this is an easy ride, give yourself at the very least, one day to acclimatize.
• It is imperative that you have current travel insurance including personal medical insurance. If you do not, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Quito Bike Tours be held responsible for any injuries incurred?

What is your cancellation policy?

90% refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the starting time of your tour.

70% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the starting time of your tour.

50% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the starting time of your tour.

NO REFUND for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the tour.

NOTE: All refunds will incur a 10%  processing fee of the total amount of your tour.
