Quodoushka 1 consists of transformational shamanic sexuality teachings and guided exercises to bring more clarity, quality and connection into your intimate life. The 'Q' as its often called, clears away your blocks to pleasure, uplifts your understanding of sex, and gives you amazing tools to create more loving, intimate relationships. You may attend Q1 as a single or with a partner.

The Q1 is designed to gradually and safely lift guilt, blame and shame around sexuality and help you gain clarity and acceptance about your needs and desires. Q1 will not only shift your whole view of sexuality; it will change your communication, show you how to create agreements, and give you a heart-awakening experience of joy that liberates the reservoirs of your own wisdom, so you can make better choices for yourself and those you love.

Wildsong Gaian Sanctuary is 150 magical and wild acres of land 2 hours northwest of NYC where we practice how to live in right-relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world all around us. The land is home to a wide diversity of ecosystems - woods, fields, ponds, streams, meadows, and swamps, and is home to deers, beavers, gold finches, coyotes, red-shoulder blackbirds, fireflies, white pines, cattails, hemlocks, earthworms, ghost pipes, and countless other beings.

We operate a retreat center that invites our human relations into healing and growth journeys that are held deeply by the natural world, that cultivate intimate connections to the web of life, and where a more expansive felt-sense of belonging is possible. The retreat center is powered by geothermal and solar energy, and has all the facilities for ~20-35 humans to gather - a luxurious 8-bedroom wood log cabin for lodging, a 30-foot diameter wood-floor yurt for yoga and dance, intentionally crafted spaces for ritual and ceremony, both indoors and outdoors.

We are also nurturing a regenerative food forest, populated with nuts, fruits, medicinal trees and shrubs, as well as chickens, ducks, and geese - a grand laboratory for re-learning how we can feed ourselves and thrive while contributing to the thriving of our other-than-human kins.
