During times of transition, it is important to tap into our inner fire, and to identify what it is that we are releasing this season. Each major transition in life involves “bridging.” As we move from one stage to another, there is an in-between time that represents the transition. This is the magical space between the in breath and out breath. We will identify what it is we are moving away from, journal any feelings that come up, share what feels right to share with the group, and then offer what no longer serves to the fire of transformation.
