This past retreat with Lily and Malka in Mexico was ultimately life-changing. The Equlibruim was exaxtly what I needed. The food, lodging, digital detox, healing practioners, and yoga practices deeply connected me to the land and to my soulself. The temazcal/ancestrial cleansing ceremony shifted everything for me. A huge renewal on a cellural and spiritual level. Life Changing!! Lilys practices are by far my favorite of all time. Prana Vinyasa flows are juicy sensual and awakening. The way she creates space for all of us individually and collectively is an art form in it self. Notabl as a healer for over 20 years I have not met anyone so attuned, powerful and intuitive as Gabby. Deep respect and reverence for all the healers, chefs and groundskeepers. If your even considering it... Do yourself a favor and... Just book it!

Nourish, reflect, connect … my top 3 words for this gathering. I got so much more out of it than I expected. Also I have to say the site was beautiful and comfortable, the food was healthy and delicious, and the facilitation was diverse and inspiring. Thankful for this experience!

Really lovely group of women. Phenomenal leadership. Great food. It’s a welcoming space full of authentic connection with other women and so many opportunities to learn, grow, create, and just be. The weekend definitely filled a deep ache I had for communing with other women. It was also a deeply nourishing time away from my toddler for the first time. Grateful for the experience.

A restorative delightful experience! Connecting with women, healing and laughing together ... there's nothing like it. Camp for mature girls is what it feels like. My favorite part is the sauna song circle where we get to chant together and then run to cool off at the pond. What a vibrant, delightful ritual of connection and freedom. Fabulous! I would recommend it for anyone who wants to do something out of the ordinary, hungers for deep connection with the land, nature and other women.

Beautiful, inspiring, heart filling, educational retreat. Lily has assembled such an amazing group of instructors. Everything was top notch! The facility is gorgeous and I felt welcomed, loved and supported from the moment I arrived. The variety of teachers as well as events and subjects was much appreciated as well. Bravo! I will definitely be coming back!
