Liability Release
Under this Agreement, Revolution Ascension LLC or its’ owners shall not be liable for, nor be considered in breach of this Agreement due to a "Force Majeure Event." We strongly suggest purchasing insurance for the entire retreat, including airfare.
Packing List
Your packing list should consist of the following:
Lots of swimwear: Our sessions will be on the beach and beach cabana.
Wear casual clothing; the resort is very relaxed.

Hats
Sneakers
Snorkel Gear if you own your own. Since COVID-19, people tend to want to use their own vs. what is provided during the excursion.
What's included
Hotel & Meals
PACKAGE for ONE INCLUDES: King suite room accommodations, all meals & beverages daily. Airfare, JFK/Aruba if deposit received by October 1st, 2025.
Financing

During our AM retreat sessions, relax and unwind in our tranquil, peaceful environment. Enjoy the sun, sand, and sea while participating in our sessions.
Airport Pickup Transfers
You will be greeted by your driver upon arrival in Aruba for a stress-free, relaxing ride to the hotel.
Swag Bag Mailed
Your Swag bag will be shipped to you prior to the retreat as it will be filled with goodies, books, and treats that you don't want to carry home in your luggage.
Fun Excursions
You will enjoy excursions. Aruba is the place for wonderful excursions that wow the mind, body, and soul.
Airfare
Roundtrip Airfare included between JFK & Aruba airports. Deposits after 10/1/2025 will receive $350.00 discount and airfare is on your own.
Travel Training
International travel can be challenging with rapid changes daily. You will be provided training during our trip meetings. Meetings take place every two weeks. Meeting attendance is critical.

What's not included
Late Deposit/Airfare

Insurance
We suggest that you purchase insurance for your trip. You will see a 3rd party option prompt at confirmation. Also ask our travel expert, about additional travel insurance above your airfare costs.
No Refunds
Your deposit and all payments are a commitment to the trip. There are no refunds. We strongly suggest that you purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance for the entire retreat costs.
Missed Payments
This retreat has the option of a payment plan or financing. In the event three or more payments are missed, you will be removed from the retreat and all monies are forfeited.
Gratuity
Please be kind to those that serve you regardless if meals are included or not.
Missed Flight Costs
If you miss your flight and it was included, you are responsible for flight rebooking costs. There is no financial compensation to rebook your flights.

Your check-in is flawless; the staff has been outstanding.
You retreat to your room for some much-needed rest and refreshment before heading to the Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM, where you and your guest meet fellow retreat guests.
