Cancellation schedule 

After February 1, 2024: Retention of deposit + Cancellation $100 fee.  

After March 1, 2024: Retention of deposit + 50% of all payments made 

After April 1, 2024: All payments are 100% non-refundable 

Passengers who do not travel are subject to 100% cancellation no-show penalty.

Deposits are 100% nonrefundable, however, to minimize possible financial risk associated with unexpected emergencies or cancellations, it is HIHGLY recommended that you purchase travel insurance. For the best rate and inclusions, purchase insurance within 14-21 days of making your deposit to be able to add a "cancel for any reason" option to your insurance. This option allows you to retain 75-100% (less your $50 deposit) of the funds you paid for your trip. 

Price range for quality policies that give the most of your money back: $139-189 per person.

 If you are sharing a room with someone, but would like to pay separately, please book independently and simply include your roommate's name where prompted to do so. You can book a separate reservation by putting "1" in the drop when selecting your room option.  Please reach out if you have any questions about this BEFORE booking.  

 You can make FREE payments by using direct debit and paying directly from your bank account. However, if you choose to pay with a credit card or debit card number, the system will charge you a small payment processing fee per transaction made. 

Before you submit your deposit, you will see a payment plan schedule at the bottom of the screen. You will be expected to make those payments by the due date.

All payments must be made on-time to prevent cancellation. Without written communication to Ley (More Life Travel), no payment extensions will be granted and your reservation will be canceled WITHOUT refund.

+ If you do not already have a passport, please apply immediately after booking. A copy of your passport must be uploaded into your We Travel account by April 1, 2024. The upload section can be found on your WeTravel registration page where you make your payments.
