We had a great time. Tour was so worth it. Guide was wonderful.

The office in downtown Cusco was very helpful and the staff were friendly. They tailor made our one day excursion and were attentive to our needs. The car was clean, new and spacious. Up to this point the value for money was good. However, our guide was either not knowledgeable enough historically in terms of two of the three sights we saw or he was not able to express it. We feel his English was a bit limited (one of us is fluent in Spanish, the other not). Our assumption is that our guide is more of an expert in trekking. Also we were not told beforehand that we were supposed to pay for our guide’s lunch. Overall we were happy with the transportation, the guide and the driver were friendly and attentive to our needs (flexible). A pity the guiding was somewhat limited. Overall 3.5.

Fantastic experience. Our guide JP as well as chefs and horseman were the absolute best. Could not have done it without the motivation of the crew. Everything was taken care of. Highly recommended.

Ha sido una linda experiencia con gente de distintas partes del mundo, Destaco los paisajes y lugares increibles a los que visitamos. Como puntos negativos: primero hubo 5 casos de intoxicacion alimentaria, yo uno de ellos. Esto fue debido a que el cocinero llamado AMANCIO no cumplio con la correcta limpieza de los alimentos ni tubo la precaucion de las contaminaciones al momento de cocinar y transportar los alimentos. Segundo, el costo fue muy variable entre viajeros, yo pague 310 dolares sin el ticket de machu picchu y algunos habian pagado solo 170 dolares y 400 en otro caso. Tercero, existieron demasiados costos extras durante el trek, considero que por 310 dolares debria estar todo incluido, en cada campamento había que pagar el wifi, el agua caliente, desayunos (el primer dia). A su vez durante la noche no nos brindaban bebida en la cena, habia que comprarla por cuenta de cada uno. Destaco la buena predisposicion del guia RENE
