- Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable to hold your spot on the trip.- Starting price is per person based on double room accommodation rate and a minimum of 6 people- For questions please reach out to info@animatravel.net
- Payment plans are available upon request.
- Please inquiry for single supplement. Prices are based on a double occupancy room.
Cancellation Policy
- 90 days + prior to the first day of event: participant receives a 75% refund of payment.
- 60- 90 days prior the first day of the retreat: guest receives a 50% refund of payment.
- No refund any time after.
- Price subject to change according to availability and season of the year.

‘Welcome & Orientantion’ tour
Meet you guide at dusk for a thematic ‘Welcome & Orientantion’ tour (about 1 hour) on the history and art of Renaissance from a LGBTQ+ point of view. Highlights include Santa Croce, Orsamichele and Piazza della Signoria, where we wrap up your ‘first impressions of Florence’ with an aperitivo.

Get to know your guide: Today's guide is FRANCESCO. Francesco's academic background led him to study in Italy, France, the United Kingdom and the U.S. He has a PhD in Arts and Humanities and a specialization in Gender Studies. Moreover Francesco has published his research findings on several reviews and articles. In 2015, he became a licensed tour guide and absolutely loves his job!
He has always been very inquisitive and one of his priorities is to always be up-to-date . His tours focus on LGBTQ+ travel experiences.
