Golden Rock Inn, noted as one of the best boutique hotels in the Caribbean, is a colorful island hotel born from a 19th century sugar plantation perched at 1,000 feet above sea level on the unspoiled Isle of Nevis.

Dating back to the early 1800’s, Golden Rock sits on a hundred acres stretching up the verdant slopes of Nevis Peak. Coastal Living

Julia brings two decades of movement practice, yogic study, and teaching to her classes. She has also traveled extensively and enjoys sharing her favorite places with others. 

Julia discovered yoga in 2002 and immediately felt at home. She continued practicing daily and when her mother was diagnosed with cancer, Julia knew that yoga could help her physically, emotionally, and spiritually through her cancer journey. She enrolled in Yoga for Integrative Therapy teacher training program. Ten years later, when her mother eventually died from cancer, yoga helped Julia through immense grief. She opened Soul Society Yoga to provide a space to nurture self care and self love, and to share the gifts of yoga. Soul Society provides opportunities for the people to care for themselves in body, mind and spirit. 

Julia's intention with Soul Society Retreats is to share some of the world's best travel destinations with a yoga mindset. Soul Society Retreats will enable you to explore, recharge, and connect with nature and yourself on a deeper level by stepping outside of your daily routine and into an experience meticulously planned with you in mind.

50% deposit due at time of registration. Full payment due by March 1, 2023. 

If cancel after December 1, 2022, $400 nonrefundable. 

Cancelations after May 1 are 100% nonrefundable but are transferrable.

Tuesday, July 11, is a travel day. We will fly into Miami, then from Miami to St. Kitts. We will arrange ground and water taxi transport to the hotel. 

Upon arrival at Golden Rock Inn, you'll have time to unpack and unwind, explore the property and enjoy a welcome dinner under the stars at Travel + Leisure acclaimed restaurant The Rock, located on premises.
