Raise your vibration... Come explore Chakras and Bandhas and how to utilize your very structure to create a deeper connection to your highest self. This weekend will be appropriate for students as well as teachers. An exploration of yoga as it relates to the subtle and the gross aspects of reality. We will discover where our physical deficiencies may be holding us back energetically and use this as an opportunity to work in new ways to raise the vibration and awareness...
Our first night will be an opportunity to get to know one another during our opening ceremony and set some intentions for ourselves for the extended weekend. We will have 3 extended hour intensive workshops in the afternoons and in the mornings we'll have hour and half classes to loosen you up for the day. There will also be a chance to explore Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep-deep relaxation), an evening movement workshop, as well as a Kirtan on the final evening. We want the students to feel free to participate in as much of the offerings as possible or we to take the time they need to relax, swim in the pool or hike in the surrounding area.
