If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due each month listed, starting with the Initial Deposit Payment, which is due at the time of booking.

This is a GROUP block, so all payments must be made on time, as the cruise line is expecting all funds by a certain date.  If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder. If we do not receive the missed payment within 30 days, your room COULD be canceled due to non-payment and all monies are fortified. 

*Final payment is due by December 10, 2024 or your room will be canceled. 

Each traveler is responsible for communicating all information about this Getaway to/with their traveling companion.    

Filling out the registration form and making the initial deposit and subsequent payments, signifies that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.

A deposit confirms: agreement to the following terms: I understand all payments to Diva Getaways & Entertainment LLC aka Diva Getaways are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and is subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent with a group. Diva Getaways reserves the right to change tour days or modify the itinerary as needed for all group trips.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments: All payments to Diva Getaways are non-refundable and non-transferable. To negotiate the best experience and price, our travel partners do not provide refunds.

Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation investment is recommended for unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment as well as medical emergencies may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and Diva Getaways accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims. 

Monthly payments: Your invoice will note your payment plan and as a courtesy, you will receive monthly electronic reminders.

Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments. We will make every effort to notify you if your roommate is no longer compliant with our payment policy.

Changes: Flight, Hotels, and Transfers- Diva Getaways will make every effort to operate all tours as printed in the itinerary, digital brochures, flyers, and on the website. However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are deemed to be necessary for any reason. Tours do not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.

Airline: Please note flight changes are at the discretion of the airline, therefore Diva Getaways reserves the right to make airline modifications as we see fit to accommodate our clients. Seat assignments are at the discretion of the airlines. All seats for groups are located in economy class.

Name Changes: Name changes are not permitted, name corrections will carry a fee of $50.00 and this information must be received in writing 30 days before departure or as specified by the airline.

Late Payment(s):  Late Payments and Fees  At Diva Getaways, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This section outlines our late payment policy to ensure a smooth and sustainable partnership with our valued customers. 

1. *Late Payments:* Invoices for goods or services rendered are due on the date specified in the invoice or the agreed-upon payment terms. Any payment not received by the due date will be considered late. 

2. *Late Fees:* To encourage timely payments and cover administrative costs, a late fee of $50 will be charged for each week the payment remains overdue. The late fee will be added to the outstanding amount until the full payment is received. 

3. *Communication:* We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, leading to delayed payments. If you anticipate any difficulties in making timely payments, we urge you to contact our agency as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions and avoid unnecessary penalties. 

4. *Disputes:* If you believe there is an error in the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, please contact our agency to resolve any disputes promptly. 

5. *Continued Services:* Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We aim to avoid such situations, and we encourage proactive communication to prevent any disruptions to your experience with Diva Getaways. 

Ground Transfers: Please note that all transfers and excursions will have specific times of departure and will be unable to accommodate late arrivals. You will be responsible for your own transportation cost if you miss a scheduled transfer or pickup.

Hotel Amenities: Hotel amenities may change without notice.

Upgrades: Should you require an upgrade of room accommodations, flights, and or tours, please advise in advance.

Final Payments are due by December 5, 2024.
