Join me for my signature Telluride adventure retreat. This will be my 10th year returning to Telluride and you're invited! Hike to waterfalls, bike ride through the valley floor to a local brewery, enjoy yoga on top of a mountain, soak in the on site hot tub, enjoy free hot breakfast, and meet new people.
You'll have the option to join the San Juan Outdoor School for an epic adventure on the Via Ferrata for an additional fee. You'll have the best view of town as you hang 350 feet off the valley floor moving along a system of iron cables and rods. Or add in a paragliding experience to enjoy the town from a birds eye view with Tellyourideparagling.
I've been leading yoga retreats in Telluride since 2014 and they just keep getting better. Come solo or bring a friend, with shared lodging you'll never feel left out. There's plenty of downtime built in for rest and rejuvenation in-between our adventures. I know the best locals only secret hikes and have built great relationships with the local businesses to bring you great discounts. Our mountaintop yoga will complement all the hard work you do on the trail. This weekend is about building relationships, testing your physical and mental limits and enjoying all the beauty Telluride has to offer. If you've never been to this little mountain town you are in for a treat as it's like nothing else you've experienced.
All levels welcome although a basic fitness background is encouraged especially since this is a high elevation retreat. You can participate in as much or as little of the activities as you like.
This retreat sold out within 24 hours last year and I expect next year's to do the same. I cannot hold a spot without a deposit so don't delay and book today.

Kenneth Kinser is the executive chef at Devil's Kitchen in Grand Junction. He honed his skills at the nationally recognized Yard House restaurant where he moved up in ranks to become their Executive Chef. He then went on to become the Executive Chef at the immensely popular Needle Rock Brewing Co. in Delta and, upon moving to Grand Junction, beat out 40 other applicants to be hired as the Executive Chef at the Devil's Kitchen. He's extremely talented and I approached him about curating an appetizer and meal option for our last night in Telluride that would include a signature drink. He will coordinate a menu that will include appetizers, a salad, veggies, main course and a desert and signature drink. Dietary requests will be honored.
You will have the option of choosing, as the main entree, a Vegan, Vegetarian or Meat option. If you do not eat red meat or fish then I recommend choosing the Vegetarian option. We make each entree according to how many choose the option so multiple options will not be available. A menu will be sent out prior to the event and upon booking you can choose your entree choice. You can change your option up to two weeks out. If you decide to opt in closer to retreat time you can pay prior to the experience as well.
If for some reason this experience cancels you will be refunded and an alternative activity/dinner will be planned.
Here is an example of the menu in 2021. The menu will change for 2022 but this is to give you a sample of what the offering might contain.

Please read my cancellation policy here.
