This day is a structured journey from Physical Release to Inner Clarity:
✨ Somatic Release Yoga: Gentle, nervous-system-focused movement to unlock the physical tension held from chronic stress (suitable for all levels).
✨ Breathwork for Resilience: Specialized techniques to shift from "fight or flight" into "rest and digest," giving your brain the quiet it craves.
✨ The "Self-Discovery" Workshop: A guided session using journaling and inquiry to identify your "burnout triggers" and rediscover the passions you've sidelined.

Bringing 40 years of experience in Orthopaedic Nursing and Interfaith Ministry, Joy offers a unique bridge between clinical recovery and spiritual renewal. Her deep knowledge of how stress manifests in the body, combined with her warmth and humor, provides a safe, expert container for your transformation.
