- A Passport is required to enter Brazil. A VALID PASSPORT BOOK WITH 6 MONTHS OF TIME BEFORE EXPIRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP. Passport must not expire on or before Dec 21st 2026 and have a blank page.

- All U.S. citizens entering Brazil will require a visa (cost around $80) This cost is not included in the package pricing. This cost is subject to change.

- Deposits are $100 per person. If you plan to have a roommate, both deposits must be 

received in order to secure the room.

-Airfare is NOT included. You must purchase your plane ticket and arrive in Rio de Janeiro(GIG) on July 14, 2026. 

-Travel insurance is NOT included in your  package and you  must purchase it on your own. JB Luxury Travels LLC and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds and all packages are non-transferrable. In the event of a cancellation/loss of luggage/medical/weather, You must use the third party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds(see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider, Options will be provided once trip is secured.)

-Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You will have 21 days from the date you placed your deposit to purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance. There are other options to choose from after 21 days.

-All final payments are due no later than  May 16th, 2026th. 

-Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.

-Late payment of $50 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date. Late payments will not be accepted more 10 days after the Final Payment is due. Failure to provide full payment within 10 days of the Final Payment Due Date will result in cancellation.

- Name changes are NOT allowed for this package. If a person cannot attend, they will be dropped from the booking and the new person will have to pay the rate at the time of booking.

-  Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is received and applied.

 
- All travel documents will be sent 21-30 days prior to departure. 

-All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing via email only to: janelle@jbluxurytravels.com

• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date

Rio City Tour:

With a full day to spend in Rio de Janeiro our guide will take us to the Christ the Redeemer statue, Sugar Loaf Mountain, Escadaria Selaron (Selaron Steps), the Sambódromo where Rio’s Carnival takes place, Maracanã stadium, the Metropolitan Cathedral and more.

Accompanied by your guide and group of party-seeking travelers, enjoy a fun night out with VIP admission and special offers on drinks.
