Accommodations include a spacious 4,700-square-foot home that boasts a sense of rustic elegance with its long range mountain views, large open floor plan, custom designer kitchen — the perfect space for a relaxing weekend of yoga, mindfulness,, creativity and, most of all, fun.
The main living area features a wall of windows facing the Blue Ridge. There's plenty of comfy seating in front of the stacked stone fireplace. The living room opens to the huge dining area, which has two large dining tables.

"Real Simple" is hosted by Whitney Brooks and Amy Hoogervorst, who first met during their health coach training at Duke Integrative Medicine. They are Duke-certified integrative health coaches and two of the first National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches in the country.
Whitney Brooks, eRYT & NBC-HWC, helps individuals rediscover their best selves through a meaningful, pleasant practice. A creative yoga instructor, Whitney has been teaching yoga to all ages around NC for the past 14 years. In her free time, she enjoys playing with flowers, writing about her day, and trying to come up with healthier versions of her favorite everyday Southern comfort foods.
Amy Hoogervorst, NBC-HWC, works 1-on-1 and in groups to help people examine their stories and habits, and to create healthier lives. For 20 years, Amy has helped people organize and cherish their family photos and memories, and some of her most mindful moments come while looking through a camera lens. She loves hiking and cycling, and one of her goals is to run in all 50 U.S. states.
