This trip will also feature a host of professionals in the real estate industry of Jamaica, available to provide detailed insight on everything you need to know and do to become an investor of Jamaica's soil.

Day One welcomes you to Jamaica with an evening of relaxation and chill vibe getting to know the rest of the group after a long day of traveling

12:00pm: Arrive at latest 1pm to the Sangsters International Airport - Montego Bay, Jamaica! 

 Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport to transport you safely and comfortably to the  resort!

After  you've  arrived at the resort, it's your time to relax, have a nice cold island drink! Feel to catch up on rest, grab a bite or simply connect with the others in the group)  

7pm: Welcome Night Cocktail Reception: Meet at the Beach Restaurant for our official welcome night - real estate cocktail reception! 

Attire - semi-formal

9am: Rise and shine! We are going to explore Jamaica, while learn more about this beautiful land!

Meet promptly in the lobby at 9am as we await our escort (swimwear underneath recommended)! 

Our private  driver will be  waiting for you, so come mask ready and let's go explore the town! 

9:15am:  Enjoy a scenic sightseeing tour led by our Certified Tour Guide educating you about  landmarks we pass, Jamaican history, and the birth of reggae music along the way!

10am: Off to Bamboo Rafting on the river and exploring the town

12:30pm:  Taste of the island - experience authentic Jamaican food with a stop at one of Jamaica's local eateries 

2:00pm: Shopping Tour for Jamaican souvenirs and collectibles from local  vendors while meeting the locals

4:00pm: Return to resort, relax, have dinner at leisure!

You had a blast the night before! Today, the day is at leisure!

Whether you want to sleep in, eat your heart out to some more island food, explore the resort, more of Jamaica (on your own) or visit the beach on property to bask in the beautiful white sand and warm sunshine, enjoy!

11am -  Meet with local real estate professional of Jamaica including local realtor, surveyor, mortgage broker, and real estate attorney who will teach you all need to know about investing in Jamaica!    

2pm: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Today we will be visiting a variety of properties in Jamaica from what can be potential condos, single family homes to oceanfront mansions as an investment opportunity for you! 

8pm: Farewell Dinner 

It's our final night together and you better believe, it is going to end with a bang...welcoming you to a final night dinner of Q & A plus fun in between

 Enjoy your final morning in Jamaica at leisure!

Suggestion:

Consider capturing the sunrise on the beach at the hotel property, dip your toes in the sand, and go for swim!

Have an authentic Jamaican breakfast while recollecting all the memories of a great experience!

Check out of the hotel  (at least 3hr prior to your return flight or noon which ever comes first) . 

Meet in hotel lobby to escort you to the airport where you can do a bit of last minute shopping before your flight!
