With Christmas just around the corner, it's a time of great energetic output for most, often losing oneself running from one social gathering to the next, trying to please everyone and negelcting ourselves in the process. Theres no wonder we start the new year completely frazzled.

We know that we need to consider balance in all aspects of our lives. Making time for ourselves is crucial for our physical and emotional wellbeing. We need a balanced approach in our physical practice of Yoga too. Some Yin with the Yang!
At this mini, afternoon Yoga retreat from 2pm - 5pm on Sat 11th Jan, you''ll find energising Hatha complimented by deeply relaxing and restorative Yin. Add in some breathwork (pranayama), a guiided meditation and a Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep), you'll come away feeling restored and rejuvenated with a deeper connection to yourself and ready to face 2020 with renewed energy.
Whilst our beautiful studio has Yoga mats and blocks, you are welcome to bring a blanket and any other equipment you may need to make you comfortable, particularly during Yin (bolster/cushion etc)
