Join Joe Mack, Chris Ashford and Sue Smith for 5 days and 4 nights of fitness and yoga on the white sand beaches of Tulum. The day starts with a walk or run on the beach followed by interval training boot camp classes. Afternoons are filled with sun and surf, massages, yoga classes or simply a nap on the shaded beach beds. Also offered are optional excursions to the ruins, Cenote, and snorkeling (at additional cost).
