Come spend a day making it all about You! We we start the morning off with a simple but effective meditation reboot followed by a 2 hour Pilates with props session. I will teach you how to breathe, release any possible stress in your body and strengthe your core. I will share my recipes for a happy body which creates a happy mind. We will enjoy a farm to table lunch then head out on a 2 hour hike. We will end our day with gentle stretches and a glass of vinvino, water or green tea. I will share some of my de_stress gifts with you so you can live a harmonious life. I have 25 years of Pilates and have written a book called "I am Living to Tell." My story was on Dr. Oz!
